Anti-Drug Carnival: Igniting the Hope of Love
2026年3月1日，慈悲香港在油麻地亞皆老街遊樂場舉辦首個抗毒嘉年華。活動匯聚了社區人士、義工，以及7間學校和青年團體的代表，共同提高大眾對禁毒的意識。
當日設有精神科醫生莊勁怡醫⽣的教育講座，分享吸毒對健康的嚴重危害；個案工作員李美⽟姑娘則講解慈悲香港以關係為本的服務模式，支援受毒癮困擾的人士。
參與者體驗了互動攤位遊戲，聆聽康復人士的鼓舞見證，並認識慈悲香港提供的支援服務。胡頌恆神父感謝各人蒞臨，並強調社區支援在戰勝毒癮中的力量。
嘉年華獲禁毒基金及凱瑟克基金支持，標誌著慈悲香港以慈悲和希望服務貧乏人士使命的重要一步。
On March 1, 2026, MercyHK held its first anti-drug carnival at Arthur Street Playground in Yau Ma Tei. The event brought together community members, volunteers, and representatives from 7 schools and youth organizations to raise awareness about drug prevention.
The day featured educational talks from psychiatrist Dr. Chong King Yee, who shared the serious health risks of drug use, and caseworker Shirley Lee, who explained MercyHK’s relationship-based approach to supporting those struggling with addiction.
Participants enjoyed interactive booth games, listened to inspiring testimonies from individuals in recovery, and learned about the support services available through MercyHK. Father John Wotherspoon thanked everyone for coming and emphasized the power of community support in overcoming addiction.
The carnival was supported by the Beat Drugs Fund and the Keswick Foundation, marking an important step in MercyHK’s mission to serve the poor and needy with compassion and hope.
